are intended per day/per apartment, all inclusive also heating

2.5 €/day/person over 14) with the minimum stay of 5 days.
For the
stay less than 5 days we apply an extra charge of 10€/day in low
season or 20€/day in high season.

Kitchen equipment
The kitchens of our apartments are equipped
with kettle, mixer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave
and with
all that belongs to a modern domestic kitchen.

Children
Bed linen
and towels are as inclusive as the final
cleaning. For infants we
provide a height-adjustable cot
crib. For the family with baby: cradle, high chair, mobile
changing table and baby bath. Everything else we arrange on request.
We also provide a communal washing machine along to an elegant
loundry bag to our guests of the
Ost-,
West-, and
Südblick apartments.
Bergblick is
equipped with its own washing machine.
Smoking
Our apartments are
non-smoking.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Thank you for your understanding. For dogs we recommend the near
professional Dog's-Hotel (1-2min
by car).
Arrival and departure
Your apartment is ready for occupancy
from 3pm on the day of arrival
[Check-in
hours: between 3pm and 9pm].
Unless other agreements have been made, the apartment can be
released on the day of departure within 10am.

Free
car parking in our yard.
Private
parking spaces for your e-bikes and motorcycles in our garages.
Reservation
To secure your reservation we ask
you to pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount. This
amount is
deducted from the final invoice. In case of cancellation, the
deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation
fee.
Change of dates: Up to 4 weeks before the planned arrival, the reservation can be postponed to a later date. The
deposit remains valid.
Our bank details are available upon reservation.
The final payment can be done in cash or by credit
card, before departure.
Check-in
We
kindly ask for the transmission of an approximate arrival time.
(Check-in from 15:00. It is also possible to arrive early and park in the courtyard)
